Tournament Play — We need approximately 75 volunteers to assist with all aspects of the tournament including field monitors, score runners, ball chasers, water monitors and refreshers, floaters, photographers, social media posters, check-in and hospitality, set-up and clean-up, and more. All of these roles are ideal for someone who wants to be close to the tournament action.

Volunteer flexibility is very helpful to us in our planning, but if there is a particular role that interests you, please let us know when you register and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Event activities begin early in the morning and end in the late afternoon, and we need volunteers throughout the entire day. Volunteers have the options of selecting morning, afternoon, and full day time slots.

If you can only volunteer a few hours, that’s okay! Just let us know and we’ll figure out how to get you involved.

All volunteers will receive a t-shirt and free food and drink. You also get to have loads of fun, and the personal satisfaction of knowing that you’re supporting more than a singular event as we raise funds that will benefit our community.
